Self Assessment and Lifelong Learning International Institute, LLC., better known as SALLII, is specifically targeted for the radiation oncology professional. The SALLII assesses the proficiency level of anyone tasked with the coding functions within a radiation oncology practice. Certification upon successful completion of the SALLII examination demonstrates a core competency in radiation oncology coding skills, provides a self assessment for the individual, and enhances the professional status of the successful recipient distinguished with the Radiation Oncology Certified Coder certificate. Nearly all residents from accredited radiation oncology residency programs in the United States are required to take the American Board of Radiology (ABR) In-Training examination each year. Our tests are comprised of various sections: Radiation Oncology Physics, Diagnostic Radiology Physics, and Radiation (and Cancer) Biology. |

With all the Learning Management Systems on the market today, who needs another one? Well, we did. Self Assessment and Lifelong Learning International Institute (SALLII) has created a simple, easy to use extension for our website appropriately named Joomla Quiz Tool (JQT). We took advantage of using the tools we were familiar with like Joomla CMS, Respondus and using the IMS Question & Test Interoperability (QTI) specifications to create a comprehensive, intuitive LMS extension that can provide users with Certificate and Drill & Practice Exams unlike the other Joomla extensions, Open Source LMS’s and Commercial LMS systems. |

 The staff at SALLII, LLC. use Respondus 3.5 to author assessment questions. Respondus 3.5 is a client-based authoring tool which is used at thousands of institutions to create and manage assessments. It will export items in the IMS QTI 1.2 standard thus allowing compliant assessment systems to easily import the items. In conjunction with the Joomla Quiz Tool (JQT) extension for IMS QTI, Respondus 3.5 provides a powerful, time-saving way to create or convert assessments for the Joomla platform and SALLII's "JQT" extension.
